TRIBUTES have been paid to a Braunton woman, who had a great love of gardening and poetry, who died on Boxing Day.
Sylvia Nutton died aged 74, in Eastleigh Nursing Home, South Molton.
The day before she had celebrated Christmas with her much loved grandsons and two of her daughters.
From the age of 18, Sylvia was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a lifelong condition that stiffened the spine.
