A teenage cross dresser has been cleared of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl while he was dressed as a woman.
Jack Lee was found not guilty by a jury at Exeter Crown Court after telling a jury he had put out his arm to try to get the girl's attention and had not groped her breast.
Lee was aged just 18 at the time and a psychologist told the court that he may be suffering from autism. He struggled to make himself understood when he gave evidence.
