A MAN has appeared in court accused of drink-driving in Combe Martin.
Matthew Seaman, 45, of Sandy Park Road, Bristol, appeared before North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday.
Seaman pleaded not guilty to driving in Combe Martin on February 5 when his alcohol level was above the limit.
He was released on unconditional bail until his trial which will take place at North Devon Magistrates' Court on April, 25.
