EMERGENCY services helped rescue a man who was stuck in mud in Bideford yesterday.

Firefighters and paramedics were also called to the incident just after 2pm.
The Facebook page stated: "Bideford Coastguard tasked by Falmouth Coastguard to reports of a male stuck in the mud near Bideford long bridge."
