Earlier today a body was pulled from the sea at a Devon resortPolice alerted coastguards to reports of the body in the water near Brixham Quay at 7.15am.The Torbay inshore lifeboat recovered the body with the help of Berry Head coastguard team.Police said they were alerted by an angler.The area has now been cordoned off and scenes of crime officers are attending.The body of a man was found in the water off Breakwater beach.A police spokesman said: "We received a call at 7.15am from a member...
