POLICE are appealing for help after a boat moored near Brunswick Wharf in Bideford was damaged and had flares stolen from it.
It is believed the incident took place between 10.45am on Friday, November 25, and 10.40am on Saturday, November 26.
A window was smashed, a door was forced open and two packs of emergency flares were stolen.
One flare was tampered with causing further damage.
