A clothing store on Barnstaple High Street is set to close if negotiations over rent are not successful.
Trespass, a popular outdoor clothing chain, has struggled to turn a profit in Barnstaple due to increasing rent prices for the unit on the High Street.
Sports Direct owns the lease on the store, and used to trade there before they moved, and Trespass employees have said the rent is a big issue.
