A woman from Ilfracombe has admitted having a steak knife in a public place when she was arrested in Barnstaple. Ursula Carey, 41, of High Street, Ilfracombe, admitted having a bladed article in a public place when she appeared before Judge Geoffrey Mercer, QC, at Exeter Crown Court.
