A THIEVING daughter has been jailed after her mother gave evidence from her nursing home bed about how she looted £17,000 from her bank account. A JUDGE has ordered a psychiatric report on a hospital patient who has admitted an attack which caused grievous bodily harm. An assault case against a young Ilfracombe woman has been discontinued after a judge was told she had died. Sarah Deeves, 20, was found dead from a suspected heart attack in Barnstaple in December, Exeter Crown Court was told.
